OSO Maxi Buffer - 17RB

  - Large capacity units for solar collectors

The Maxi Buffer units are manufactured from stainless steel. The Buffer is suitable for large capacity solar collector installations, and can be parallel fitted up to 4 units. The Maxi Buffer pre-heats domestic cold water and lowers return temperature to the solar collectors significantly, thereby providing optimum working conditions. All units manufactured to the international standard ISO/DIS 2694 (BS 5500). Maxi Combi units can also be manufactured to individual specification.

The stainless steel heating coil on the Maxi Buffer comes standard with a surface of 4,1m². This makes the Buffer ideal large capacity solar collectors. The Buffer has double sets of flow & return connections, which provides all possible fitting possibilities. The 17RB is also ideal for district heating or large heat pumps. The cold water inlet set and mixing valve are delivered separately, with dimensions depending on the required flow rate. The installation kits are fitted directly on the cylinders’ front, along with the mandatory safety valve and Pressure & Temperature Relief valve. Units are fully insulated within a protective steel casing.
