With a strong wish to combine industry and environmental friendliness, Chris Reidar Frölich Braathen started the work of making OSO one of Norway’s very first environmentally sustainable companies in 1956. Among the most important achievements is the establishment of the OSO ECO foundation with 5 million NOK in capital, supporting environmental projects. Today, the company donates 5 % of net profit to environmental work, and has received numerous awards.
