Customer oriented – The customer is our partner under all circumstances:

Be attentive towards the customer’s ideas. Show flexibility. Sell the OSO product that is best suited/fit for the customer.

 

Service – Should be sensationally good:

Prioritize good service in spite of its costs. Be flexible! Complaints should always lead to future sales. Spare parts are guaranteed to be sent within 24 hours.
